great view cheerful staff smooth check-in warm water old house short shower
i stayed in a family room on the fourth floor. a balcony had a great view. the staff was cheerful and the check-in was smooth.
i found no warm water in the morning. a receptionist told me it's an old house. i had warm water for only about thirty seconds after she checked the boiler.

central location train station comfortable bed warm water old house shower bath
The location is very central. it is an easy walk from the train station. I found that quite convenient! i was also upgraded to a family room. it was a lovely gesture, and i found the main bed to be comfortable.
I experienced no warm water one morning. a receptionist told me that it is an old house, which may contribute to this. she checked the boiler. I had warm water for about 30 seconds after, but it was not enough. the shower bath seemed unsafe. I could have slipped easily.

the location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station! rooms are spacious too, a big plus. alicia at reception was amazingly helpful and friendly, so cute.

Mixed Experience at City Center Lodging
dangerous shower inconsistent hot water
The hotel is in a convenient location right in the town center.
The shower was quite dangerous. I nearly slipped when trying to enter. The hotel knew of this issue and had mats available but did not provide one, nor did they offer any warning. Hot water wasn't consistently available in the morning.
